It was my night to cook roommate dinner so I decided to choose a recipe that use my new Crock Pot (that I got as a Christmas gift and hadn't even opened yet). The chili was a big success (complete with cornbread muffins).

Out of Focus
At first I was going to retake this picture but then I decided that I liked the fact that it was out of focus and my eyes were drawn to the reds dots first then the trophy second.
Now to the story behind the trophy - that is the Melissa Montecuollo Memorial Award - it is awarded to stage crew members who work so hard for a MHS production that they should have died. I was the first recipient as a stage manger for Oklahoma! At one point there was even a plaque but I haven't been back to my high school in such a long time I don't know.
The trophy does still hang out on my desk along with my other fun things.

To Do List
It is quite possible that I made a To Do List to take a picture of it. But I do have to do most of those things. I'm taking a crack at World Peace and Cure for Cancer this week. Hopefully I'll have time.

Dew Drops
Water drops on flowers increases its beauty. I don't know why but it truly does.

Yes it increases the beauty of leaves too. Which is what this picture portrays - as I was corrected.

My Favorite Picture - Part 2
So on February 1st I posted one of my favorite pictures of myself. Since I am rarely (if ever) in my own pictures this might be a common thing to feature a self-portrait at the beginning of each month. We'll see if this catches on. Anyway this is my choice for March.
